Privacy Policy

Astute RM does not sell or share your data with any unauthorized third parties. Astute RM does not track your identity for the purposes of advertising or monitoring your activities in other sites. Information such as your name and employee ID can be sent to authorized third-party software that we integrate with, such as your dealership's DMS software or your car manufacturer, based on integration requests made by your dealership.

Data including communication between a user and their customers is stored in our database, and is considered to be the property of the dealership that you work for. As such, authorized users such as managers, the dealer principal, and our support staff can access information such as your login history, communications between you and your customers, statistics about your sales performance, your appointment calendar, etc. Emails, text messages, customer notes, and calls made through the Astute software are logged in the relevant customer record and are visible to any users who have access to that customer record.

Astute offers a great deal of flexibility in assigning user permissions, so the people who can monitor your activity will vary from dealership to dealership.
